Ramon arrived within the specified time frame and worked quietly and efficiently to complete the bike assembly. After several uses in the days since, the bike seems to work fine. We look forward to using it for years to come.

Ramon came out to our house to do the Grill Assembly. I have to say that this was so much better than if I would've attempted to install the grill. He let me know ahead of time what time he would be there. He was professional, and did the installation in a very short time. He also took the time to explain some of the basics to me.

Wow, my technician was on time, courteous, took less time that was originally quoted, and explained to me how to adjust seat manually on my own / change certain parts that wear on my spin cycle bike. Screws were missing when we received the box. Tecnician could not finish the job without the screws. He had to come back again after 3 days when we received the screws. Technician who installed the swing did a great job. I was very pleased with his work.
